WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
We may collect and process the following Personal Data about you:

a) Personal Data that you give us:
This is information about you that you give to us by filling in forms on our website (or other forms that we ask you to complete), or correspond with us, when you make a booking or arrange delivery, when you sign up as a user or driver. It may include, for example, your name, address, email address and telephone number; information about your business relationship with us; and information about your requirements and interests.

The Information you provide as a service user may include: a) Login details (email address, full name, password) or convenience log ins and sign ups via a social media account (Facebook or Google); b) Full name; c) Email address; d) Telephone number(s); e) Home/business address; f) Company name and billing address; g) Favourite addresses and contacts; h) any other information you include in your profile; i) Information that you provide in the course of communications with us, or with a Driver includes: Details provided as part of the booking process (e.g. location, collection and delivery addresses, contact names); j) Information you provide when requesting further details of our products and services;

The Information you provide as a Driver may include: a) Login details; b) Full name; c) Email address; d) Telephone number(s); e) Home address; f) Copy of driver’s licence; g) MOT documentation; h) Insurance documentation; i) Photograph; j) Photo of the ID or Passport; k) VAT Certificate (if applicable); l) Company name and address; m) List of jobs accepted/delivered; n) Various location-based and time-based events related to the deliveries; o) Location-based and time-based events related to the deliveries;

We use information held about you: a) to provide you or the organisation that you are engaged by with our services; b) to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us including: i) Where you are a Customer, to provide Drivers you have booked with the information needed for them to carry out their services; ii) Where you are a Driver, to provide Customers who have booked you with the information they need in order to receive your services; iii) to provide you with information and offers that you request from us or which we feel may interest you; iv) to notify you about changes to our services.

We also process data in the context of administrative tasks as well as organisation of our business, and compliance with legal obligations, such as invoicing. In this regard, we process the same data that we process in the course of providing our contractual services. The processing bases are our legal obligations and our legitimate interest.

If you make a payment your Payment Data will be processed via our payment service provider Stripe. Payment data will solely be processed through Stripe and we have no access to any Payment Data you may submit. The legal basis for the provision of a payment system is the establishment and implementation of the contract.

b) Personal Data that our website and other systems collect about you:
If you visit our website it will automatically collect some information about you and your visit, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the Internet and some other information such as the pages on our site that you visit. This is used to monitor the performance of the website and improve the experience of visitors to the website.

We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are pieces of information that are transmitted from our web server or third-party web servers to your web browser and stored there for later retrieval. Cookies may be small files or other types of information storage.
